We design Cushie products to be comfortable, durable and easy to live with. This page explains the limited warranty that applies to eligible Cushie products purchased from an official Cushie storefront.
5-Year Limited Warranty
Eligible Cushie products include a 5-Year Limited Warranty from the date your order is delivered, unless a different warranty period is clearly stated on the product page or in writing by Cushie.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only. It is not transferable and is valid in the market where the product was purchased and delivered, including eligible orders delivered in Canada and the United Kingdom.
What is covered
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use. Depending on the product, this may include structural frame defects, sleeper mechanisms, springs, stitching or other manufacturing faults that stop the product from functioning as intended.
What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear, softening, fading, pilling, wrinkles or comfort preference.
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, pets, improper cleaning, commercial use, rental use or modifications.
- Damage caused by incorrect assembly, moving, storage, transport after delivery, or use outside normal household conditions.
- Minor colour, grain, foam, fabric or finish variations that are expected for furniture products.
- Delivery damage that was not reported to Cushie within a reasonable time after delivery.
- Second-hand purchases, resale purchases or products bought from unauthorised sellers.
How to make a warranty claim
Email hello@cushiehome.com with your order number, a clear description of the issue, photos or video showing the issue, and photos of the product label or relevant parts if requested.
Our team will review the claim and may ask for additional information. If the claim is approved, Cushie may offer a repair, replacement part, replacement product, store credit or another remedy required by applicable consumer law.
Consumer rights
This warranty is provided in addition to any mandatory consumer guarantees or statutory rights that apply in your country, province, territory or region. Nothing on this page limits those rights.
Returns are separate from warranty
Returns under the 60 Days Comfort Guarantee* are handled separately from warranty claims.
*Returns within 60 days are subject to a 20% processing fee plus applicable return shipping fee, deducted from the refund. Terms and conditions apply.
